In this chapter we go into how i look for potential problems that need a solution. Not all customers want to solve a problem they are experiencing and sometimes the cost of producing a product to solve a problem is not worth the cost to us or the customer. There are many different perceptions and perspectives from every individual so why do we feel that every problem has one solution? what i go through is more then just problem solving, it is an alternative way of thinking, an analysis of potential pain points of potential customers. And just because are friends and family think our solution is a great idea is not exactly a valid reason to start developing a new product.
Think deeper and think wiser, I peel away some of the layers of standard thinking to expose some methods that may not of even crossed your mind. Who knows? just this one chapter may be all you need that triggers an idea that you have been sitting on but could not quite connect the dots together.
